Bio Ark visited Ir. Siswoyo MSI, Director of Agrovision and former Head of PPPPTK Pertanian, to talk about agriculture in Indonesia. We met him at his farm, where he was planting sweet potatoes. He was testing two methods: one part of his field was using chemical fertilizers, while the other part was using only Arktivate. Although he has yet to harvest his sweet potatoes, he has shared his observations so far. We also asked him about the top 5 challenges facing farmers in Indonesia today. Bio Ark's CTO, Mr. Jeremy Chua, discusses the fertilizer application process with Ir. Siswoyo MSI.

With a month left before harvest, our curiosity got the better of us. We decided to dig up the soil to see how the sweet potatoes grown with chemical fertilizers and those grown with Arktivate were doing.

The sweet potato field is divided into two parts: the right side uses Arktivate, while the left side relies on chemical fertilizers.

Based on the progress so far, sweet potatoes grown with Arktivate seem to be showing better results.
